A coordinator accepts or returns submitted work with a recorded reason. Returned work can be corrected, resumed and resubmitted. Source verification, independent review, privacy clearance and release authority are separate package gates.
Maintain a named owner for each follow-up and escalate missed deadlines. Read the Operations Manual before delegation or temporary coverage. Preserve previous decisions and the audit history; do not treat a course result as approval of a legal, financial or governance decision.
