Board resolution form
Resolved that the final instrument attached as Schedule A is approved under the confirmed statutory authority, subject to every required shareholder or member confirmation; that conflicting prior instruments are repealed only on the effective date; and that the secretary is authorized to certify, file, publish and preserve the adoption record.
Consultation resolution form
Resolved that the civic-member result is received as consultation; that the board’s written response and legal-authority analysis be published; and that no participant represent the consultation as corporate adoption until the separate legal approvals are complete.
Implementation register
For each adopted instrument record version, authority, adopter, approval date, effective date, policy owner, training requirement, system change, public notice, review date and superseded instrument. Incomplete actions remain open on the governance dashboard.
