Civic membership & equal-vote policy
Defines admission, standing, equal voting and the boundary from corporate ownership.
Admission
A person applies voluntarily, supplies the minimum required information, accepts the rules and receives a written decision. Admission is never based on political-party affiliation, protected grounds or agreement with a particular policy position. Duplicate, fraudulent or unsafe accounts may be refused with reasons and a review route.
Standing and renewal
Standing may be pending activation, active, lapsed, suspended or resigned. Only active, current and voting-eligible civic members exercise civic voting rights. Fees or support tiers never create extra votes.
Rights and responsibilities
Members receive equal procedural treatment, accessible notices, privacy protection, reasons for adverse decisions and a review opportunity. Members protect credentials, disclose conflicts, follow conduct rules and avoid representing personal views as official positions.
Corporate boundary
Civic membership confers no shares, dividends, ownership interest, statutory corporate membership or authority to bind the corporation. A civic vote is consultative unless a valid instrument expressly delegates a defined decision and all corporate approvals are obtained.
