The homepage and this legal centre offer English and French. Some administrative and application content remains bilingual in a single view or English only. The site uses responsive layouts, semantic headings, labelled forms and visible keyboard focus. These measures do not constitute an independent accessibility certification.
02Request assistance or report a barrier
Use the contact form's accessibility category, describe the page and task, and say what format or assistance would help. Do not disclose a medical diagnosis. Requests are reviewed by national administrators; automated alternative-format delivery is not available. French and English legal text should express the same intent; report any discrepancy for correction rather than assuming one translation waives rights.
03Ongoing improvement
Keyboard, zoom, mobile navigation and readable contrast should remain part of future updates. Accessibility obligations must be assessed for the organization's actual size, activities and applicable jurisdiction. This page does not assert a completed audit or universal compliance.
