01Submit a request

Use the contact form for privacy, membership, accessibility, factual corrections, conduct or other site concerns. Provide your reply email and a short description with relevant page links or record references. Avoid third-party personal details. The form stores the request and displays a reference; it does not send an automatic email or guarantee a response by a particular time.

02Review and communication

Authorized national administrators can review requests and record status. An administrator must arrange any reply separately. Requests involving an administrator should be referred to an uninvolved reviewer where available. The detailed complaints procedure and internal service targets remain proposed; applicable statutory deadlines take priority.

03Corrections and disagreement

For a factual correction, identify the statement, the reason it is inaccurate and a reliable source. The proposed review process distinguishes a factual error from a disputed interpretation, preserves a correction record and considers notifying readers when a material conclusion changes. Submission does not guarantee removal of accurate, lawfully published material.

04Escalation and urgent matters

You may request reconsideration and describe what was missed. This form is not an emergency service, legal filing system or service-of-process address. It does not stop legal deadlines or replace an available regulator, court or emergency service. Privacy concerns may be raised with the applicable privacy authority.
