Applications are expressions of interest subject to review. Applying is free; it does not activate a paid membership, confer voting eligibility or guarantee acceptance. The selected tier indicates your preference, not a payment mandate. Membership administration and research-workspace authorization are separate.
02Equal participation
The proposed civic rule is one verified individual, one active membership, one vote. Higher contributions must not buy extra votes. Eligibility, identity checks, renewal conditions and the treatment of youth participants must be published before a binding membership vote. No applicant is asked to upload identity documents on the current public forms.
03Member responsibilities and representation
Members should provide accurate information, respect privacy, disclose relevant conflicts and follow lawful-conduct rules. Participation grants no power to enter contracts, collect funds, speak officially or obtain private member lists. Roles require separate written delegation.
04Standing, withdrawal and fair review
The proposed standing process gives notice of concerns, an opportunity to respond, written reasons and review by a person not responsible for the original decision. Temporary protective restrictions may be necessary. Participants may request withdrawal through the contact form. Final renewal, appeal and voting deadlines remain to be adopted and published; no unstated deadline is imposed by this draft.
